We finally sold our house! Yay! We filled out our paperwork yesterday and sent it overnight to the title company. It is amazing that it took just over 2 months to sell, especially in this economy. We are so grateful to our realtor, Merlin Frei, and the buyers realtor, Marcus Hopkins, both of Winstar realty. Merlin is retiring, but we will definitely recommend Marcus to anyone who needs an agent.
In other good news, we bought a van! My mom's work sells their company vehicles after they reach a certain mileage, and then employees are eligible to buy them. So, we got a great deal. We are excited that Josh will have a better car to drive to work (the Alero), and we will have more room for more kids when the time comes, (no, this is not an announcement) and things when we travel.
In other news, my cousin's wife passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, the 12th. The kids and I are going to St. George with my parents for her funeral.
