I think this is a fun tag...so here goes!
How long have you been together?
We met July 10, 2003, and pretty much started dating from then on, so almost 5 1/2 years!
How long did you date?
From July 2003 till we were married in May 2004, so 10 months
How old is he?
30!
Who eats more?
Depends. If he's hungry, he can eat a lot more! Especially prime rib or steak!
Who said I love you first?
Josh.
Who is taller?
Josh by about 8 or 9 inches.
Who is smarter?
Hmmm...we're probably equally smart!
Who does the laundry?
Usually, me. But if we're really busy, he pitches in!
Who does the dishes?
Same as above.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed?
I do. But sometimes we switch, because on the left side is the alarm clock, so he sleeps there when he has to go to work. But the left side is also closer to the door, so sometimes I sleep there so I can get to the kids easier.
Who pays the bills?
I do most of the time.
Who mows the lawn?
Right now, the lawn care company. When we had our house (and when we get a house), it's him.
Who cooks dinner?
Usually me. But Josh is great cook and helps a lot!
Who drives when you are together?
Him. He is a much better, more confident driver. I only drive when he's not available.
Who is more stubborn?
Hmmm...probably equally stubborn.
Who kissed who first?
He kissed me first.
Who asked who out?
Well, we were set up by a lady named Pam Fisher, who worked for my mom and was friends with his mom. It was a blind date, but Josh called and asked me.
Who proposed?
He did!
Who is more sensitive?
Me.
Who has more friends?
Him. I'm more shy and he's a people person.
Who has more siblings?
He has 4 brothers and I have 3 brothers.
Who wears the pants in the family?
We try to make decisions together.
I tag Tracey and Patty!

Recipes
Since we don't have an oven right now, I'm trying to get new recipes that can be cooked on the stove, George Foreman, Crockpot, or BBQ grill (while it's still relatively warm). I found these 2 crockpot recipes online that I want to try. If anyone has any others, let me know!

Grid System.
One thing I love about Logan is the grid system. It is so easy to find any address. I think Brigham Young was a genius when he designed Salt Lake that way. It seems like all the towns in Utah have it, and it's great. In my perfect world, all towns would have roads that run only North/South and East/West, and the addresses would be on the grid. I hate roads that go diagonally or change names. In Ririe, the main highway runs diagonally and it messed me up so bad! I never knew what direction I was facing! So here's my vote for the grid!

Girls Night Out
Saturday night, I had a girl's night out with three of my former roommates, Andrea, Kallista and Naomi. We had so much fun! We met in Salt Lake, since that's kind of central between Provo and Logan, and Andrea lives in SLC. We went to The Cheesecake Factory there. I had never been there. We waited for over an hour...ugh. I had Crusted Chicken Romano, which was really good. I was a little shocked at how expensive it was though. My meal was $15.95, and that seemed a little steep. Also, we looked at the cheesecakes, and for a 10 inch cheesecake, it was about forty dollars! Yikes! So, we got 2 slices to split between the two of us. We got a Peanut Butter Fudge Ripple, and Lemon Raspberry. The peanut butter one was a little rich for me, but the lemon raspberry was so yummy. We went back to Andrea's to eat them, and watched a few scenes from "A Walk To Remember", our favorite movie. It was fun to see them all again and we had a good time. The drive home was really not fun though. I don't like driving on the freeway with a lot of traffic, and I really don't like driving at night. On the canyon between Brigham City and Logan, it was pouring rain. I could barely see the road, and it was my first time driving on it, so I didn't know the road at all. Thankfully, I made it. I was very glad to get home. Daniel also would not take his bottle. He was very glad to see me! He used to take a bottle occasionally and did well with it, but the last couple times he has totally refused. I guess that's good that I won't have to wean him from nursing and from a bottle, but it gets kind of hard for me to be away from him. He did eat his baby food though, so he was okay. I had a great time and it was great to see Andrea, Naomi and Kallista again.

Common Spelling?
So, we were at Best Buy yesterday looking at new cell phones. They said we could get an LG Shine for free if we were eligible for an upgrade! We've been wanting new phones, and free is great! So, they were looking up our account and having trouble finding us. They asked Josh his name, and he told them, and the guy was like, "Is it the common spelling?" I almost burst out laughing. Seriously, is there any other spelling of 'Josh'? So, we were talking last night, and came up with a couple new spellings of his name. Jawsch and Gaosch were our favorites. Can anyone think of any others? We got a good laugh out of it. We ended up not getting the phones, because for some reason we are still with Edge Wireless instead of AT&T, even though they merged. Oh well.

Going private...
I've decided to make this blog private. That way I know that no one is reading it that I don't want reading it! I've looked at the visitor activity, and I've had visits from Europe and Asia- and I don't know anyone that lives there! This way I'll feel more comfortable about posting pics of my kids, our last name and location. So, if you want an invite, email me or post your email address in the comments. I'll also try to send an invite to those that I know read this. Hope to hear from all of you!

Toddler activities?
Does anyone have any fun toddler activities that I could do with Lindsay? It seems like this place is getting to small (like the walls are closing in on us). We're both getting tired of watching movies. The house is staying (remarkably) clean, perhaps because all of our 'clutter' is in boxes in the garage. We really want to go to the library, but can't because I forgot to keep a copy of our rental agreement for proof of residency. (The realtor is supposedly getting us a copy). But in the meantime, we are kind of bored! There is a park around the corner, maybe we should go there. Oh, and we also have a 7 month old tagging along, so that kind of limits things. I don't know, I guess I'm just looking for ideas to keep us occupied till Josh gets home!
